How the LC Group Coaching Program Works

The beauty of coaching is that we do all our work either over the phone and/or over the computer.

You can stay in the comfort of your home or office for our journey to your success.

Minimum 1 group coaching call a month

š Calls are added as membership increases.  You should receive at least one call a month, if you RSVP early for calls.  It is possible to join more calls but there are some rules for that—see below under “RSVP rules.”

5 people per call

š To allow everyone a chance to be coached, only 5 people per call are allowed at a time.

How a coaching call runs

1. Call in at the time and date you selected.

2. Coach will welcome everyone on the call.

3. Each participant will volunteer to present their challenge.  If no one volunteers, I will “call” on someone.

4. Each participant should present their challenge as concisely as possible.

5. I will keep every participant to 10 minutes to allow everyone a chance.  You may think 10 minutes is not a lot of time but if you are prepared—then you’ll be amazed at what can be covered.  It’s focused and fast.  This is about moving forward and creating action plans.

Coaching Call Rules

š Please refrain from offering advice to those that present their challenge.

š During the call, the coach works one on one with each of you.

š It is listening only, when you are not being coached.  To mute yourself—press #6 and unmute simply press #6 again.

š The reason for the group is to make it affordable!

š Try to be on time—if you are more than 10 minutes late, please call in at another time.

š Support and encouragement is allowed.  We are here to celebrate wins and motivate!

RSVP for coaching calls

š After you join our group you must join  our meetup.com group.  Until I find a good RSVP system, “meetup.com” is one of the best ways for the membership to work.

š Each month you can RSVP for any of the group calls.

š After you RSVP, you will receive the phone number and information.

š You will need to RSVP each and every month.

RSVP Rules

LCGC wants to give everyone a chance to call in.  To make it as fair as possible and to allow you to be on as many calls a month as possible, we have to work on an honor system:

š You may RSVP for as many calls a month as available.

However…

š Don’t  RSVP for any session unless you KNOW you will be on the call.

š If you have already attended a call or are scheduled for a callallow others to RSVP for calls till 9:00am the day of the call.

š I will monitor the RSVP’s and if members complain about not getting on calls and I find others who are on every call—I will ask that person to adjust the amount of calls or I will begin to limit each member to only one call a month.

RSVP Best Practices

š Sign up for the call you know that you will be able to join for that month.

š On the day of a call you haven’t RSVP’d and there is a spot open RSVP between 9:00am — 10:00am.

š This will ensure that most people who want on the call will most likely have RSVP’d and it’ll help in being fair by allowing others the chance.
